		<description>There is nothing in Gordon Brown&#039;s announcement that will have any positive impact on the market, instead we will have squandered another £1bn. Even Norman Lamont, who should know, has stated categorically that when the Conservatives increased the threshold to £250k, it made no difference. Brown &amp; Co are drowning, they are taking the good people of this country with them, so they need to start listening before it is too late.</description>
